If it is the white plastic Kohler flapper, it is not a vacuum, the rubber is sticking to the seat and the flapper needs to be replaced. : There seems to be a suction or vacuum holding toilet flapper down. Very hard to flush; have broken the chain and bent a handle. Flapper is being sucked down. How the heck can this be? : Thanks for any clues. : Jim
