You can buy them directly from plumbing supply companies. I have purchased two Toto Ultimate toilets from such a supply house here in the Los Angeles area. Toto's website probably contains local reseller information. Bob : I think I have read everything on the great website trying to decide on a replacement toilet in a small old house. I think I have settled on a RF Drake or maybe the Toto Ultramax. I do intend to sell this house within 2 years. Question-is Toto sold retail or are plumbers the only ones who can buy them? : Thanks for the website.
