It is possible to do it, but you will not be able to use the laundry drain system. It is too small. You will have to run a full size drain to the laundry area for a toilet. : We just bought a house that only has one bathroom.This is a rancher home on cement foundation. No crawl space. It currently has a washer/ dryer in a large closet area. We are thinking about moving the laundry area and installing a 1/2 bathroom in it's place.We figure since there is water and a drain system in place for the washing machine this might be possible ???
