In response to Re: Recessed toilet flange

: I'm sure this question has been asked many times before, but what is the best way to seal a toilet with a recessed flange? My flange is approximately 1/4" below the top of the cermaic tile. Wax ring(s)or one of the wax-free gasket made by Fluidmaster? HELP PLEASE!

Mark,
I've had good luck with both wax and the Fluidmaster kit.
You may want to check the measurement on the bowl.
Set the wax on and see how much it extends.
I like to see at least 1/2" sticking out from the bowl, knowing that it needs to compress some for a good seal.
