ithout seeing the tub and the mark, we could make it worse with any suggestions we would make. Better to have a local acrylic tub manufacturer check it and see if there is a cure for the ring and the poor finish on the tub.
: I got this about 3 years ago. My problems are. We had to use the plunger a few times for the drain. We were not told not to. There is a black ring around the drain that looks like it is embedded. Very ugly. Even used denatured alcohol did not touch it.Also, I heard using warm vinegar and water was good and putting car wax on it to keep it clean. Can you supply me with any specifics.. I used a non abrasive sponge on it and it still scratched it. Needless to say I am not happy with it and I find it harder than ceramic tile to keep clean and sparkling. Any help I would appreciate greatly. Thankyou!! Diane
