Shut off and disconnect the water supply. Flush the toilet to empty the tank, then sponge out the water remaining. Use a plunger to get the commode as empty as possible, then sponge it dry. Now you can remove the the toilet without too much mess. I think you'll find the floor has rotted out and allowed the flange to work loose. Over time the flange has eroded to the point it is leaking. The brown is just rust from the flange and the squeak is the toilet moving on the weaken floor. It is repairable, but since it doesn't sound like you have too much DIY experience and know-how, you probably need a carpenter to deal with the floor and a plumber to repair the drain. It would be a good time to consider a new toilet as well as new floor covering.
