The brand is not a familiar one, but I assume it is a connector used between the pipe from the wall and a plumbing fixture. If so, then I have not received any information regarding them. But that is why you have building insurance and they should be doing the legal work. : Have seen a series of queries regarding Tekneflex failures. I had one fail between hotwater supply and fixture in kitchen which because tenants were at work ran for an hour or more causing $5000 damage to my unit and am being sued by owner below me for $25,000 for cabinets, rugs, airconditioning unit etc etc. etc.
