: Steve Steve, The air pressure is not right. Drain the tank (shut off pump first) Pump air into tank ,so it's 2 psi lower than the cut-in pressure. This should eliminate the bouncing, and also give you more "drawdown" . A 36 gal tank at 30/50, should give approx. 8 gal. draw. Hube
