Obviously the drain is plugged. You didn't say what the person who cleared the clog actually did, but you should have a plumber with a professional sized auger in to do the job right. I also sounds like the washer drain at least is not trapped nor vented. Have the plumber inspect your system and heed his advice. This is not a job for Draino.
