: I am an owner of a family entertainment center that was scheduled to open 2 weeks ago. We have failed our final plumbing inspection. We flushed the pipes and found no leaks. The walls that the carrier is on is green board drywall and they are not very straight. After pulling a couple of the toilets off, we noticed some of the seals were pinched. There are washers that did not come with the orginal order that the manufacture says should of came with. We need help fast, we have a $2 million dollar investment and can't open our doors. Any insite would greatly be appreciated.

You can get the (usually 5/8") nuts and large washers (1/2" wide lip)at a hardware store. The four carrier bolts that come out are like all-thread. The weight of the toilet is borne against these washers held in place by the nuts which are sometimes double-nutted. The toilet must be set at the same angle as the four inch drain stub out.
