American standard spares

I am writing this from New Zealand where I live and am hoping that you will be able to help me. I bought a house a few years back which has American Standard toilets installed. The trip lever has broken on 2 of the toilets and I cannot obtain parts in New Zealand! I am looking for part # 8098.002 chrome (this is a brass arm trip lever to replace the original part 047242-002OA on an American standard Compact EL Space saver 1.6 G.P.F. Toilet. Can you let me know where I might be able to get this part over the ineternet? I am also visiting San Diego in 2 weeks time, so if there was a store there that I could get them from this would be an aleternate approach. Here's hoping... Many thanks, Nick.
