: It will cost whatever it takes to remove the sink and install the new one. There is no generic price since every installation is different. Especially with a pedestal lavatory. : : I just moved into a new apt. to find that the existing bathroom sink had a leaking problem. The 18" vanity is rotting and the entire apartment smells of mildew. I recently purchased a pedastal sink to replace the old vanity, however it seems like a lengthy and detailed process. Would you recommend a plumber for the job, and if so, how much would it cost to remove the existing vanity and install the new pedastal sink? Thanks for your help. It is true the price varies widely depending on the installation. In the flatlands of Kansas this usually runs between $250.00 to $400.00. LonnythePlumber |
