Yes, no, or maybe. It depends on how the system is installed and your code. If your main sewer is 4" you may need a 4" vent or enough smaller ones to equal the area of a 4" pipe. If you already have an adequate number or are close then you may be able to get by with a 2" vent. And if the main line is 3" then you may need to have a 3" or the equivalent area. : Does the vent diameter for a toilet need to be equal to or greater than the waste line dia.
