No. You have to check with the manufacturer. Some units cannot be converted. One problem being that a propane heater's thermostat pressure regulator is set for 12" and a natural gas one is 6". If you change the thermostat, then the propane one has a left hand thread in the burner outlet port and your nut has a right hand thread, so the burner tube has to be replaced also. : can you tell me how to change the natural gas water heater to propane. It is envirotemp model #g1f403383nw.
