99% of the time it is because the pressure balancing unit has developed a leak in its seam. Purchase a new one then disassemble the faucet and remove the existing unit. You will probably see a white residue somewhere on the dividing seam. That is where the leak is. Install the new unit and put the faucet back together. : I have a Kohler single handle bathtub faucet which is leaking, it is a constant drip from the faucet, when the water is shut off. How do I repair this??? what do i need to replace??
