I have a Woodford Anti Siphon outdoor faucet which when the house was built the plumber told me to disconnect the hoses after use. We didn't do that last winter! The plastic, quick disconnect was frozen and broken when I found it. When I turned it on this spring water leaked around the fixture and found it's way into the basement. Is this somethig I can repair by replacing parts or do I need a new faucet? The tan knob on top is loose.
