I often replace the Smart Valve when I install the toilet. If the seam between the two halves leaks, which it will some day, then the valve will not shut off. : All of the sudden, the valve won't shut off. It had been there a few years so I got a new one, another smart valve. After installing it, it worked fine for a day, now it just continues to run, the water runs out the overflow tube. This has also started happening on another toilet in the house with the smart valve. I have checked and re-checked everything is installed properly. Any suggestions?
