As a practical matter, you can run the vent as far as you need to. It is only air after all. Some codes limit the lengths but they do it on a theoretical basis which has little relationship to the real world. : hi again,I was wondering if there is a limit to as how : far I can connect a vent pipe to my new kitchen sink : in the basement.I was thinking of adding a tee into : the main stack for drain and running the vent line : across the basement to the laundryroom and tie into a vent there. : thankyou
