In response to Re: Basement Rough in Plumbing
: I just roughed in a hot & cold water line and drain in my basement in preperation to install a small kitchen. I ran these lines off existing lines going to my upstairs kitchen. Question: I seem to have lost pressure in one bathroom sink on the main floor. No other faucets seem to be affected. I have noticed that on the washing tub plumbing there are lines that run back up towards the mainfloor to about a foot from the main floor they are just capped off. Any help out there it would surely be appreciated.

: Thanks Bob

Remove the aerator on the sink with no pressure and see if the pressure is better. If so, clean the aerator and replace.
The lines above the washing machine could be air chambers, meant to prevent water hammer.
