I'm renovating an old bathroom and wanted to replace the toilet.The old on has an 11 Inch. rough-in and has no flange. It is held in place with 4 screws into the flooring. Is it possible to install an offset flange -making the rough-in 12Inch.? If so what would be involved?. Thank You |
