: There is no standard layout. You use your room dimensions and the locations of the various fixtures to put the pipes where they are needed.
Of course the above advice is correct, but the caveat, "to put the pipes where they are needed," means more than "putting the fixtures anywhere in the room and connecting the pipes to them." The UPC & IRC specify minimum and maximum distances between plumbing fixtures and their drains and vents. You must follow this requirements.
