The best way would have been to purchase a valve with sweated connections. In your case, you have to use male adapters and hard copper. Solder the copper into the adapters before you screw the adapter into the valve or you may damage the inside parts.
: I have rough-ed in my entire bathroom remodel and I am having it inspected today. I have purchased a Delta shower assembly and it has the threaded type copper pipes to plumb the valve. What is the best way to get from the ball valve to the shower valve assembly ?
