A float switch connected to a light will turn it on when the water causes the float to rise. : I have a sump pump that pumps the liquid overflow from septic tank up to drain field. I have to replace the pump every 2-3 yrs, but I never know when the pump is not working unless I open the cover and check. This is a big job. Is there a cheap level alarm (light), that I can install in my sump pump tank to let me know the pump is not working?
