: We're having a hard time removing our 1960s Kohler tub spout. There is a screw on the bottom of the spout, but we can't seem to get it undone. Any ideas on how to do this? Thanks. Owen; it's probably corroded in. Try some penentrating oil with a little heat to warm the screw up (a match flame will do )several squirts every 15 mins should do the trick. good luck. Hube
