New lines that do not work properly usually imply a poor installation, or construction debris in the line. Seldom is it a venting problem by itself. : I've just completed a remodel of my garage into a studio apartment. However, the tub drains very slow. The toliet and bathroom, and kitchen sink drain fine. I'm on septic. Any ideas on why it drains so slow? (before I rent a snake). This is a new line, so I think that its not clogged.
