The Nibaco anti-sphone frostproof sillcock valve doesn't have water come out when I turned it on. I checked the valve inside the house which leads to it, there is water there. We've lived in the house for 7 years, this is the first time ever had problem with the valve. Is it because the If I need to replace the valve do I have to cut the pipe and scolder it back? Thanks in advance! Tom |
