Buderus boilers (NOT 'furnaces' those are for warm air systems and CANNOT make hot water!) are very effecient, easy to maintain (I.E. Clean out), are low mass (little metal, more water) and OWN a Buderus. My company doesn't deal them because they sell fuel oil and a Buderus just isn't that thirsty !
