: I have 2 outdoor faucets that do not shut off, they continually run unless I close the shut off valve inside. I believe the problem is because, when the house was built 3 yrs ago, they ran water through the system before hooking up my in line sediment filter. Is there anyway to replace/repair these from the outside? They are not very accessible from the inside, one is covered by a sheetrocked ceiling in the basement. I'm not sure if they are frost free or not, or if it even matters. : Thanks TOM; OPEN tap, and unscrew the large nut under the tap handle, take a look at washer(if any part of it left) It probably needs replacing ..
