I've got an upstairs sink that thumps periodically when the upstairs air conditioning kicks on. I'm thinking there's pressure being created that's forcing some air back through the p-trap that's causing the thump. I can pull the sink drain almost closed and stop the thump. Any suggestion how I could fix this? Many thanks in advance!
