I am remodeling and thinking of moving toilet to other side of bathroom. I can access the waste line in the full basement underneath. I plan to cut the old elbow, extend the pipe over 4 1/2 feet, and install a new elbow up to new toilet location. Am I likely to have problems with horizontal flow, or venting? I plan to slope the horizontal pipe about 1" per foot. |
