Can I use my boiler for the radiators for radiant floor tubing?

I am remodling the kitchen and would like to get rid of a baseboard radiator. How can I convert the kitchen zone to radiant floor heat in the open floor joists and leave the rest of the house basebaord - till later when then budget allows to change it all. There are 2 floors, and basement for future considerations. Please advise, can I just do the kitchen now? Thanks, Caryn
