Sewage Sump Pump Help Needed

I am finishing my basement which was roughed-in by the builder. I have a sump basin which was stubbed to eject the waste from the vanity sink, tub and toilet. Unfortunately, I want to change the vanity location to the other side of the bathroom very near the sump basin. My question is, can I run a waste line directly through the lid of the sump basin from the vanity sink? I want to prevent having to penetrate the basement floor and install a new waste pipe. In other words, I will have the vent, waste eject pipe and the vanity sink waste pipe penetrating the lid of the basin. Is this allowable under code? Your help is appreciated. Jeff
