IF you are referring to the water in the bowl, that is set by the manufacturer and if you do anything to lower the level you will probably create a toilet that does not flush properly. : The water level in the toilet is much too high. Do I need to lower the level in toilet tank or is there an adjustment I can make in the flush valve?
