I have spoken with a few bath fixture retailers and I am hearing conflicting opinions on the Briggs Ultra-Tuff Tubs (similar to American Standards Americast). I was hoping to install the tub myself, some have recommended a cast iron tub, while I know it is the best quality, I am very reluctant to install a tub that heavy myself (with helpers). Any opinions on the Briggs tub would be greatly appreciated. |
