Hello, I am looking at buying a house in San Dimas, CA., located in Southern California. The house was built in 1964 and has galvanized plumbing. In addition, the house is on a concrete slab. Is there concern with the longevity of the piping and how difficult would it be to replace with copper? Thank you for your help. CS
