You might try checking to see if the leak is in any of the drain fittings, and fixing/replacing them to stop the leak. If that isn't the problem, you probably have a leak in the lead pan or whatever waterproof membrane (built-up asphalt in older installations) was used. In that case you have no choice but to rip up the old pan and put in a new one, before the floor members are irreversibly rotted... : Is there a way to replace the drain with a mud floor without replaceing the mud floor.
