You will have to calculate how much baseboard is required at the current system temperature, and assuming this is hot water heat. : I am remodeling the kitchen in my 1920's home. There is a radiator in a most inconvenient location. If I want to move this radiator, can it be replaced by a baseboard unit? Is it okay to have one baseboard unit and the rest of the house radiators? I had a gas boiler installed in 1989 and it has plenty of capacity. About how much should it cost in the midatlantic area?
