Number one is the proper answer. Number two has nothing to do with the noise, and number three would get rid of him, not the noise. : my 30 year old Kohler toilet whines/ whistles when I flush it, my husband says if it bothers me I should leave the room : should I : a) replace the toilet : b) replace the drain or have it cleaned out : c) replace him (j.k.)
