Not unless the warranty also covers the sewer line outside the house. Your sewer is obstructed and has to be snaked to unplug it. : We live in a modular home that is 4 years old. I was washing clothes and went into the bathroom. The toilet had soap suds bubbling in it. I thought this was kind of odd then went into the other bathroom, again soap suds bubbling in the toilet. What is causing this? Should I be concerned? Is this a defect in the system? This is the first time I have ever seen this happen. Our house has a 5-year warranty on it. Would this be considered a defect that they would have to fix? How do I fix it?
