Hi, I am having a nightmare with my mother's house. It gets really cold here.....-15 below today. Her water pipes froze and the cold water pipe broke. I had to take up the floor to repair the break...it's the not the first time I have done this. ...but this time her gas hot water heater is out. If the Cold water pipe breaks and runs for a few days would the hot water heater pilot light go out...and would this ruin the hot water heater? |
