Get a 3" flange that will fit over the drain pipe. Chisel around the drain pipe deep enough for the flange to fit flush to the floor. I wouldn't cut the pipe until after the chiseling was done so as not to get concrete chips into the drain. Shouldn't be too bad of a job since it is a relatively small hole to be made. After the flange is glued on, refill and level the hole with concrete patch then anchor the flange. |
