My toilet is leaking around the base. I have tried several wax rings, and double wax rings with no luck. I pulled this toilet off for the 4th time, and the wax ring is there, but the filling around the black flange is powdery and wet, plus there were some mushrooms growing under there. Do I have to dig out and replace the flange? |
