I'm a pretty handy homeowner when it comes to carpetry, but so far plumbing is not my bag.
I sprung a dripping leak in a baseboard heater pipe (copper) coupler. One side of it corroded. My plumber can't make it out for 1.5 weeks, so I thought I'd give it a shot.
I heated up the coupler with a propane torch several times, even for a few minutes a time. I put a wrench to it and it won't budge. Can anyone lend some suggestions?
