Eljer Toilet Seat Replacement: 1953 model

Looking for a replacement toilet seat for a 1953 Eljer. This is a rather peculiar toilet -- very small front-to-back dimensions. The current seat -- wood -- is almost completely round, like the bowl, and is - get this - 10 1/2" from back to front, exterior measurement. The whole toilet, from back of the tank to front lip of the seat, is 22 1/2". Any idea where I can get a replacement seat? Many thanks. Zach
