Sometimes cleaning the fill valve works. If not, replacement of the "cap" fixes it. Toto has service parts for these fill valves. 800-350-8686 Instructions for cleaning are at the link below. Terry Love : My toilet keeps running. Water fills up, in tank, past overflow hole and doesn't stop. Is there something I can do to the flushing system, or should I just replace it?
