Remember how we'd get scalded in the school showers when someone flushed? No flush tanks, just a main line, probably 2-1/2" to 3" that when call on to flush a toilet, put most of the volume of water into that task leaving the showers to run full hot. We can still get a similar effect at home, but much less. |
