While futzing with the decorative cap that came off one of the (old, corroded) hold-down bolts, it seems part of the bolt came off in my hand. (At leaat, I'm holding a puttied 1" bolt with a rusted nut at the top end and looking at an empty slot where the bowl fixture meets the floor). What now? Do I have to uninstall the entire fixture, unscrew the flange from the floor, insert a new bolt on the underside, and reinstall the whole thing? This sounds like a /lot/ of work for a DIY-er to get wrong.
