After the toilet flushes and fills, a fairly loud humming/vibrating noise builds and then fades away. The next one , a few seconds later, is not as loud or lengthy. The final two aren't nearly as discernable. This only happens in our upstairs bathroom. What is it and how do I stop it? Thank You |
