I understand your anger about paying for travel time but help me out.

1) Why do lawyers have minimum billing increments? Why do I pay for 20 minutes ($70) when the phone call last 1 minute?

2) Why does it cost 1 hour ($200) to prepare something for shipping (not copies but orginal documentation I supplied to my lawyer)? Keep in mind the lawyer's assistant is doing this highly skilled task!

At least with plumbers, you get a realist quote. Just ask next time. Also congraduations on being one of the few people who manage to start a flame on this forum. You must be a lawyer.
