: I recently installed a Gerber Ultraflush 1.6 gallon elongated toilet. While the flushing mechanism works fine, and the bowl fills with clean water afterwards, within a minute or two after flushing, the water level in the bowl drains to below the little jet hole near the bottom cup of the bowl, leaving only a small amount of water sitting in the very bottom of the bowl. Is this the normal water level for this toilet? If not how can I fix it?

This is not normal.
It sounds like the bowl is bad.
I would replace the bowl.
